The Security Council,
Having received and examined the annexes to the proposed Peace Treaty with Italy relating to the creation and government of the Free Territory of Trieste (including an arrangement for the Free Port),1
Hereby records its approval of the three following documents : (1) The instrument for the provisional regime of the Free Territory of Trieste ; (2) The permanent Statute for the Free Territory of Trieste ; (3) The instrument for the Free Port of Trieste; and its acceptance of the responsibilities dc::volving upon it under the same.
Adopted at the 91st meeting by 10 votes to none, with 1 abstention (Australia).

Ayant re~u et examine les annexes au futur traite
de paix avec l'Italie, relatives a la creation et au
gouvemement du Territoire libre de Trieste (y compris les dispositions ayant trait au Port franc)\
Signifie par la presente son approbation des trois documents ci-apres : 1) Instrument relatif au regime provisoire du Territoire libre de Trieste ; 2) Statut permanent du Territoire libre de Trieste; 3) Instrument relatif au Port franc de Trieste ; et son acceptation des responsabilites qui lui incombent aux termes desdits documents.
Adoptee a la 91" seance par
10 voix contre zero, avec une abstention (Australie).
