THE SITUATION CONCERNING WESTERN SAHARA Decisions At its 1849th meeting, on 20 October 1975, the Council decided to invite the representatives of Spain and Morocco to participate, without vote, in the discussion of the item entitled "The situation concerning Western Sahara: letter dated 18 October 1975 from the Permanent Representative of Spain to the United Nations addressed to the President of the Security Council (S /11851) ".3o At its 1850th meeting, on 22 October 1975, the Council decided to invite the representative of Algeria to participate, without vote, in the discussion of the question.
